EMPOWERING THE NEXT GENERATION OF LEADERS 

SEAT’s Intern-2-Associate Program is designed to equip young leaders with the critical skills needed to fundraise, engage donors, write grants, and develop nonprofit organizations. This hands-on experience provides practical training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to prepare participants for advocacy, policy, and nonprofit leadership careers.

Through this program, interns gain valuable experience while working toward SEAT’s mission of increasing youth visibility in policymaking. Top-performing interns can transition into paid Development Associate roles within SEAT & partners.

PROGRAM  OVERVIEW

📅 Duration: February 15 – June 15, 2025 

🎯 Goal: Raise $25,000 to support SEAT’s youth advocacy efforts

Interns will work in specialized teams, focusing on:
✔️ Grant Research
✔️ Grant Writing
✔️ Donor Outreach
✔️ Corporate Sponsorship

Participants will learn directly from SEATs' nonprofit youth leadership and community leaders, gaining skills that will serve them in policy, fundraising, and nonprofit leadership roles.
